KO KANA BUKATAR YARANKA SU TASO DA KAIFIN BASIRA ?

 
Al'adance musamman a kasashen mu na Hausa bamu cika baiwa yaranmu abincin dake kara kaifin fahimta da basira ba. Asali irin abincin da muke yawan basu abinci ne nau'in (carbohydrate) wanda babban aikinsa shi ne ya samarda karfi ga jiki. kamar; tuwo,shinkafa,kamu,fura da kuma yawan ciyarda su abinci nau'in protein kamar wake da nono.wanda abinci irin wannan kadan ake bukata a ci,saboda shi abinci nau'in protein idan aka ci da yawa to baya da wajen fakewa a jiki asali sai ya haifarda wata matsala.

Abiinda ake bukata anan shi ne a nemawa yaro balance diet, kada a fake abinci kala daya dan dandanon dake ga wannan abincin ko lura da yaron yafi son ya ci wannan abincin, lokuta da dama zaka ga yaro da koshin lafiya amma kuma bayada fahimta a yanda ya dace ko kaman sauran yara,dukda yake ita basira da karfin kwakwalwa hikimomine na Allah, sai dai kuma kamar yanda munka sani cewa a dole sai an ci abinci ake samun jini wadatacce a jiki,kuma sai anci ake samun karfin jiki, to haka ita ma kwakwalwa da irin abincin da take bukata wanda idan ana cinsa to a hakika za a ga amfaninsa.
 

Binciken wasu likitoci sun lissafo abincin da zai taimaka wajen kara karfin kwakwalwar yara kanana.
Sunce karancinsu na hana yara gane ko kuma fahimtar abin da ya kamata musamman wajen karatu.
Saboda hakan ne suke kira ga iyaye maza da mata da su tabbatar yaran su sun sami abinci kamar haka:

1. Cin dafaffen kwai.

Akwai wasu da suka camfa baiwa kananin yara kwai, inda suke cewa idan yaro na cin kwai idan ya girma to yana iya zamowa yaro mai halin bera(Barawo)  Donn haka basa baiwa yaransu kwai har sai sun girma.wannan camfi ne irin na Bahaushe amma ba kamshin gaskiya a ciki.Don haka a zanka dafa kwai kwara daya ya wadatar a zanka baiwa yaro a duk bayan kwan biyu ba fake cin kwan za a yi dare da rana ba. 
A cikin kwan,da wasu sinadirran da zasu tallafawa kwakwalwa.

2. Cin ganyayyaki da 'ya'yan itatuwa kamar:

 su karas, alaiyahu, tumatur da sauran su.
A koyawa yaro cinsu ko da baya so saboda zasu amfane shi.Domin shi yaro baisan abinda ke amfanarsa ba,yafi son yaci abinci yaji zaki a bakinsa.

 3. Cin kifi: 

wannan zai fi dacewa idan aka yaye yaro to a nemi kifi mai kyau kuma wanda ya soyu,domin a mafi yawan kifin da ake sayarwa zaka tarar baya soyuwa wanda cinsa a haka yana haifarda tsutsar ciki ga yaro, zai fi a rika dafa kifin sannan a baiwa yaro, wannan ba basira kadai zai kara ba harta da karfin sinadirran garkuwar jiki (immunity).
 
4. Madara

(musamman wanda aka rage kitsen da ke jikin ta) domin yana dauke da sinadarin ‘Vitamin B’ wanda ke taimakawa wajen bunkasa kwakwalwan yara.
Sai dai kuma zaifi kyau idan za a rika sarrafa madarar misali a sanyata a cikin kamu na gero a gauraya a baiwa yaro ya sha.
Kada a cika sukari a ciki, yawan shan madara ko kayan zaki na iya haifarwa yaro da basir. Amma idan aka sarrafata to za a samu damar daidaita sinadiranta ta yanda ba zata cutarba.

5. Zuma; 

yana da kyau a nemi zuma mai kyau ba wacce aka gauraye da sukari ba, sai a rinka lasawa yaro kusan a kullum a kalla sau daya da safe.
 

6. Ruwan kwakwa : 

Arika  baiwa yaro kwakwa yana ci ko ruwanta. A hakika har lafiyar ciki da jiki zata kara bama kwakwalwa kadai ba.

 7. Cin kayayyakin lanbu kamar su:

 lemu, kankana, ayaba, abarba da ayaba suma abincin kwakwalwa ne.

8. A baiwa yaro dabino  yana ci shima yana da wata fa'ida ta daban musamman idan ana son ya yi saurin haddace abunda aka karantar da shi.

 Duka wadannan ba wani tsada ke garesu ba sannan ba fa kala daya  za'a nacewa ba na ci a kullum ba,za a rinka yi ana canzawa.
